You’re not alone. I’ve heard the same thing in coaching sessions (and honestly, I feel it too sometimes): people are doing a lot but not always moving the right things forward. There’s pressure to start the week strong, but that often turns into trying to do everything at once.

Clarity doesn’t come from hustle. It comes from choosing with intention.

Wright Tool: The 3x3 Reset

When things feel heavy or noisy, try this:

  • 3 Priorities: What must move forward this week?
  • 3 Distractions: What can I let go of, delegate, or delay?
  • 3 Supports: Who or what can help lighten the load?

Write them down. Keep them visible. Let them guide your decisions.

You don’t need to clear the whole plate. Just the next Wright Step.
